The form below is for anyone who appreciates the style and professionalism exhibited on this website and are serious about investing in a high-caliber DJ entertainer. If this describes you, then we would love to put our talents & experience to work for you! 

To get the ball rolling, please fill out the questionnaire below. Once you submit this form, you can expect a prompt phone call to discuss the details of your event, so Please provide at least one phone number in the space provided.  After a brief conversation where we will review all of the details of your event (timeline, equipment needed, services requested, etc.) we will discuss our rates. 

If a meeting is where you'd like to begin, please indicate this on the questionnaire below.  We're not going to ask you to meet us at a donut shop, restaurant or other public locale, as some may.  We offer comfortable, private, professional surroundings for a meeting at our easy to find Southern New Hampshire studios.  Here we can, without interruption, discuss your event in person.  Just let us know when you're available and we'll schedule a convenient time. 

The DJ Entertainment Studios are open from 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday, till 5 pm Friday and weekends by appointment.
