Pete's Review: The Lighthouse Keepers Residence of Cohasset, Massachusetts (AKA Bancroft Hall) is a cozy little facility, comfortable for smaller wedding receptions.  It's also in the national register of historic places.  It offers a nice view of the harbor below and a casual atmosphere.  You can save some $ by hiring your own caterer too.  You can reach the hall at 781-383-1433 for rental information.
