Pete's Review: The Maudslay Estates Arts Center, located inside Maudslay Park, in Newburyport, Massachusetts.  It is a do it yourself function facility, located out in the rolling countryside among the fields and trees...quite peaceful actually.  The building very Spartan, with a concrete floor and no ceiling (yes, it has a roof ;-) so if you like to creatively decorate, then you'll be able to go nuts here.  You may bring in your own food and bar.  In the summertime, open the doors and you'll have a nice grassy area in the rear, perfect for social hour or wedding photos.  For more info contact: Maudslay Park
