Pete's Review: The Orchard Street Chop Shop of Dover, New Hampshire, formerly the Firehouse One Restaurant, is located in downtown Dover, just off Central Avenue.  The main function room is called "The Top of the Chop" because it is on the second floor.  There's a nice 1800's feel and the food prepared by Chef Koz is outstanding.  Space is tight, so you'll notice that we employed a very compact sound system for the party.  For more info Click Here: Orchard Street Chop Shop Restaurant, Dover, New Hampshire
