Why are some DJs able to command a higher rate than others?  For the same reason that  some restaurants are able to get more for a meal, because they offer a better experience.  In dining terms, that means better food and service. For a DJ that means having MORE FUN! How talented and practiced your DJ is determines how much fun you'll have, and creating a fun event is what our services are all about. This also requires more planning and preparation, which we will provide. It's more than "just music", the words that some callers use to describe what they think they need.

The Right Fit

I often receive inquiries from people that say "I'm collecting quotes from DJs" without any questions about what we do or how we do it. Shouldn't you also be comparing services? If you're looking for heating oil or new tires for your car, yes a quote is sufficient. However, hiring an MC/DJ for your wedding, is more like finding a personal physician. You want to find someone who is good at their craft and that you feel comfortable with.

The quality of the presentation and the level of service you receive will vary from one performer to another, so it's essential to do a little more research to see what you're actually getting, as you're not comparing apples to apples in most cases. Getting the lowest price doesn't mean that you got the best deal or value. And sadly, you may regret it later.

DJ Rates

Some folks see all of the awards we've won and the hundreds of positive reviews we've earned and conclude that we're out of their price range.  How could something this extrordiary be affordable?  On the contrary...We have fun, entertaining, energetic, experienced DJs available, usually in the $1500-2500 range for most events.  And that's right about were every other professional Mobile DJ in our market should also be.  Sometimes it's a little higher and sometimes a little lower, subject to the date selected, the coverage hours needed, the location and other specifics of the event.  I'm pretty sure that we can find a number that you'll be happy with.
