He also handled the music during the ceremony and did a great job. The music he played during cocktail hour and dinner was great, too. We also had Pete provide a photo booth, which we really can't praise enough. The attendant was so friendly and upbeat, and he made sure to get everyone involved. The Bedford Village Inn of Bedford, New Hampshire offers a rustic, intimate, warm New England "farmhouse" feel. Lots of couples hold their wedding ceremonies in front of the building and in view of the function room in a pleasant garden area. We often place a speaker above on the balcony and play music and provide a wireless microphone for wedding ceremonies there. During the summer, social hour is often held behind the building under a canopy or sometimes on the patio immediately behind the building, at the rear entrance. We can supply a "Satellite Sound System" and provide the background music of your choosing. If you like exposed beams, you'll be happy to know that the main room (The Great Hall) has plenty. The staff is friendly and the food has always been consistently good too.

The Charolais Room

The Bedford Village Inn also offers a charming smaller room for groups of approximately 50 guests. It's called the Charolais Room and it's located in the new hotel building. Behind the building is a grassy area with a "cave" for wedding ceremonies. Social hours during nice weather are usually held on the patio, also behind the building. Yes, we can supply a photo booth too, usually located outside the room, at the end of the hallway. The food and service in the Charolais Room is of the same high caliber enjoyed in the 'old' building.

The Selfie Station kiosk takes up just a few feet near the wall and uses the dance floor as its backdrop. You'll get lots of fun photos, customized with your information and an Online Gallery with all the High Resolution photo files that everyone may download.
