We Make The Wedding Day You've Imagined...A Reality!

It's your wedding day and you want everything to be as close to perfect as possible. Trying to figure out which DJ service offers the best fit for your needs can be a lot of work, but after viewing all of the websites, videos, brochures, cutting through all the hype and "special package deals", every year, hundreds of Brides and Grooms decide that Pete Chambers DJ & MC Services is the best choice for them. These couples realize that truly professional DJ entertainment isn't just a good idea - it's actually the most important element in the success of their wedding reception!  When you're spending thousands of dollars on everything from food to flowers for a once-in-a-lifetime event like this, doesn't it make sense to reserve the finest entertainment to insure its success? 

Adding The Right Touch Of Personality

When deciding on which DJ is best for your reception, would you prefer a person who is really good at just "pressing play" or someone who will make your reception a fun and interactive party that your guests won't want to leave?  Anyone you call can show up with a pair of speakers and play downloaded music from an iPod, (that's the easy part) but only a relative few can provide a smooth & polished MC that is able to set the mood you desire and run the festivities just right for your taste. A great Wedding DJ needs to have strong skills as a Master of Ceremonies. A smooth, polished MC will have the right tone or demeanor in his/her voice (no screaming or mumbling) and will use words efficiently, (saying what needs to be said, and then moving on) with no incessant talking just for the sake of talking.  We don't holler, ramble or sing over the music!

A Professional MC is knowledgeable in regards to wedding protocol and will introduce your wedding party, (pronouncing the names correctly) set-up the blessing, toast, cake cutting and special dances properly.  He will also coordinate all of the activities you'd like to incorporate into the program with the other vendors present. Doing all of this with a little pizzazz or a dab of humor is a plus. Here at Pete Chambers and Associates, our DJs are Professional-Grade MCs.  As Radio Personalities, we've had years to perfect our microphone delivery. 
 

Customizing The Program

Most brides and grooms say they want to have FUN at their reception, but can't really pull the trigger on what "fun" is.  That's where we can help.  If you wish, we will add some "Wedding Related Activities" into the program. The ideas we suggest involve the newlyweds and the audience and are designed to "break the ice" and get your guests interested and involved in the program and most of all...having fun!  What we do and how we do it is all up to you.  We want to create the atmosphere that you, our client, desires.

We really want to tailor the program to your tastes.  Just a quick example of what I'm talking about; a bride told me that she and the groom loved Hip Hop and wanted a tune by Timbaland to be used for the wedding party introductions.  I then asked about the music for when I introduce the bride and groom, you know, the "Grand Finale"?  She didn't realize that I would be using two pieces of music, but upon thinking about it, she was really excited to have an entrance theme just for the two of them.  She suggested another Hip Hop song by 50 Cent.  This is where my technical skills, learned in commercial production during my radio days came in handy.  I did some mixing and editing to remove the vocal and create something unique just for them.  The bride was very happy with the results!  Here is John & Jodi's Grand Entrance Theme. :50 seconds
